Arriving and Leaving

Check-In

Check-in is from 3pm. A few days before your arrival, you will receive an email with the Wi-Fi code, house information, and everything you need to know before you get there.

The key box code is sent to you directly on the afternoon of your arrival day. There is no front desk, no handover meeting, and no requirement to be there at a specific time within the check-in window.

If you are arriving from a late flight or have an unusual travel situation, get in touch when booking and we will make sure the arrangements work for you.

Check-Out

Check-out is by 10am. Leave the key in the key box and the property is done. No need to strip beds or do a full clean, but please leave the place as you found it.

House Rules

  • No smoking inside the property. Guests may smoke in the garden, provided it is done safely and responsibly
  • The property has external security cameras at the front and rear, and a video doorbell. There are no cameras inside the property. Guest privacy is fully respected indoors
  • No loud parties or excessive noise
  • Dogs are welcome. Please keep them off the furniture and clean up after them in the garden
  • The minimum stay is two nights for weekend bookings, and three nights for weekday stays
  • Please report any damage or maintenance issues promptly
  • Full house rules are provided in the pre-arrival email sent before your stay.
